The customer bears the full cost of the order; since the products are food items and their quality is affected by the duration they remain with shipping companies and return processes. Conditions for exchange and return The specified period: Exchange or return requests are accepted only within 24 hours from the date of receiving the shipment. No requests will be accepted after this period. Damage condition: Exchange or return is limited only to cases where damage in the product is proven upon receipt. Trial policy: Due to the nature of food products and our concern for public health, we apologize for accepting exchange or return of any product just for "trial" or change of desire. Fees and financial deductions In cases where cancellation or return is approved (according to the above conditions), please be aware of the following: Shipping fees: All basic shipping fees, delivery fees, and re-shipping fees (for returned or canceled products) are non-refundable.
